Hi, you made it. I appreciate it that you came this far to find out a bit more about me, 'The Crafty Woodpecker'. My name is Jorg and I came to the UK from Germany in 1997 with my wife Christine to live and work here.

I am a Fabricator - Welder by trade but also a keen DIYer and love working with wood. So I decided to set up my own woodworking shop and started to make some simple candle holders, tealight holders and ornamental items on my wood lathe.

Every item I make is hand crafted and the material is from sustainable sources. I also use recycled wood and treat/polish my items with natural polishes/waxes.
